You know what I find offensive?
*taps fingers on desk*
No? I'll tell you.

I hate no-load-bearing civilians who started waving a flag on Tuesday because they thought it would be cool to be an American all of a sudden.
I hate these narcisistic-butt-cheese-wankers who make empty threats to an unknown enemy knowing full well that they will never be in a uniform, on the ground, dodging bullets, going after the enemy.
I am happy that people have found patriotism, but I am sad that it this for them to find it. I am happy that we have a military, and proud to have once been part of it. I am sad that they have been in a box with no food, and no money, for years, while people bitched that we didn't need them.
I would prefer it if people would be angry, and quietly wish for the destruction of our enemy, and step asside and let the military do its job. They are the ones with the right to make threats, but you will note that they make none. Why? Because they don't have to. They would prefer to spend their time exacting the will of the people on its enemies rather than spewing threats.
