Can I chat (irc) at  irc.webmaster.com by PPC<br>I am about to buy PPC iPaq because I travel so much and dont like to carry notebook..<br>Any experienced user can advise me?

AFAIK there is a IRC-client, but it would be f***ing expensive when you go online with your mobile phone...
