wow you can use that battery to maybe replace the ipaq one when it dies so that you wouldnt have to send it in. I use the power bank battery as an external battery for my ipaq and so far no problems (knock on wood) it even has a charge meter on the top and is about the size of an old pager.

Has anyone found AA size of lithium ion batteries that come close to the E-1XX?

Even though the battery contacts dont match up, couldnt you somehow make something to make those four contacts into two?

can someone find me some specs on the casios battery length/width/height. prefferably in millimeters;) I think they are at least close in size, if not the same. if the @migo batter is to big, I think there is some extra casing around it that could safely be removed.

the @migo battery is 49long x 36high x 10deep So, with there is extra slack for it to fit, which is probably a good thing. I am going to borrow my friends casio and work on this.

well the @migo uses 3.7v, can someone look on their casio battery and see what it uses? and does anyone know if the casio has some sort of power regulator like the ipaq?

Ok, chuck has informed me that the casio uses 3.7v as well. I think I will make up my battery contraption with my spare @migo battery(hope I dont ruin it) and test it on my friends casio E-100(should be cheap to replace when/if I ruin it) Is anyone here familiar with electrical stuff of this sort, and happens to have a good reason why this wont work? or some precautions I should take?

Make sure you back up his stuff first. But leave the backup battery in, so it can feed off of it to keep the data fresh.
Refering to my previous diagram, the specs are:
+ T -
in that order. Make sure the @migo's battery is the same, or else the electricity won't be able to flow and will destroy the power unit. If any of the contacts don't match up, don't even try to turn it on. Just general common sense electrical stuff. Nothing big.
