Using Ipaq with a mobile phone

Hi all, I'm looking for connect my IPaq to a mobile phone with a serial cable. I don't know if it's possible but in France (the place where I live) there is no solution for this. If somebody knows where can i find this I please him (or her !) to tell me. I'm using a NOKIA 3110. Thx all Cristian
