Ya you get a box with free shipping it takes about 6 days total to get the box send the ipaq and get it back.

Hmm.. Why not demand a refund for your troubles, then use that money to buy a the new 2002 ipaq

I wanted to do that a while ago and get an @migo. The problem is that the warranty only covers fixes and such, i could only get a full refund from the radio shack i got it for 20 days after the purchase. By the time 20 days had come i was just startin to have ppc fun. Now i wish i would have got the refund. O well i will just wait for the 400mhz pda's to come out then ill buy one, and give this one to a friend.

I'm going to fight for a refund. I read on their message boards that a few people have got them over their "dust plague."<br><br>Can you even buy the new pocket pc's yet?
