First impressions:

VERY nice look, it has a slight purple to it that makes it look great.

Extremely light and small, I am not sure I would want anything lighter than this is personally.

Well crafted and thought out.

All plastic which I would rather not see, MMC/SD card slot is a bit difficult to get back in and I dont think it is quite sturdy enough. Definatly the weekest part of the device.

CF slot has a card you must insert while it is empty, that is a bit of a pain in the ass, the plastic will likely break without it there and if the slot is empty.

Sits very sturdy in cradle, and the cradle is weighted at the bottom so it is not likely to tip or fall out.

I shall now run away and play with it(the E-200 of course;)) some more.

Post any questions that you would like to find out about, I am now going to move this thread to the general disscusion because it is not an "off-topic" post

Yes. I have a question. Why does it frickin' cost so much?? $600! AHHH! I very much like it too. I saw one the day they got in at a Casio store. I like the design and look, but they didn't let me play with it :-(. But I still disagree with the speaker in the gamepad design, your finger will muffle the sound! It is good for favoring right-handed and left-handed people, but I just like the EM-500 button layout better, like a Gameboy. Can't wait for your full review Matt!

How can you caompare the speed of the 206mhz StrongArm to an overclocked E-125? I have an E-125, and really want to get the new unit cause it's just too slow, espicially since I want to have a way to view my music vids on the road. I know I won't get a full 30fps, but the 2-3fps on my E-125 in WMV format just doesn't cut it. I haven't overclocked my E-125 yet, but am looking into it. What's your opinion?
