Can you hear noise? Is there an error message? It takes a while for the game to load if you have the pak file gzipped, it may just be taking that long to start up.

Yes, the sound is functioning as if the game were playing in demo mode in the background.. just cant see the action cuz the screen is white :P
No error messages...

Are you using the version compiled just for iPaq 38x series? I think this is a problem the 38x has when playing the ipaq 36x 37x version.
