aside from the ;'s for comments it's fine, my question was more in regard to the if statement, is there a way of "or" memcpy()ing the data, etc, somthing thats fast, to bypass the if.....

Most people don't know that "A highly technical term" is actually a highly technical term used to describe something that doesn't mean anything
