PHM Registry Editor owns. I use all their tools, including their new NT-esque task manager (complete with process killing fun!) http://www.phm.lu is their site i believe.
Haven't tried DExplor yet, looks good, but Resco is working fine for me. Besides, I like the 1337 factor of a registry editor in my control panel to show off to pocketpc illiterites :P
then it won't be too hard to beat it, and the little intro and conclusion paragraphs make every mission well worth it. I actually grabbed a can of root beer while playing. It really adds to the atmosphere.
