I think it was in bad taste to announce that Eike was removed from the team. Especially with a project in its early phases. I fail to see where Courtney has a job- it looks to me like he is the most disposable of the group now. Maybe I am just missing something.

I'm glad Davinci found a project, though. His funky style is perfect for something like this.

Personally I don't think the issue with shape should have been made public either, however I am not the team leader and don't make those decisions. As far as I know it was not due to his quality of work though.
