No PlayfieldScreen Quake 1

I can start quake1 and I can see the buttons and stuff but above that i get a white field with nothing in it. What did i do wrong??
When I click on the X to close the screen I can see half a second that there is something behind it but I don't know what i did wrong

What PPCs are you using? How much program memory do you have free? Where on your device have you copied the pak file?
