The Dig revisited...

Just to be more specific on the error I receive when trying to run video:
PocketSCUMM.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown...
Exception: 0x80000002
Address: 00026478

I've placed all Dig files in the same root directory as PocketSCUMM and left all videos in the VIDEO folder in the root PocketSCUMM directory. It must be recognising the VIDEO folder since when I rename it, the program skips the video sequence and proceeds to the beginning of the game instead of giving me the above error.

Also, when I try to choose a menu option - the usual mini-window displays, however, without any text.

I've tried playing w/ memory configuration (17MB in either Program or Storage and leaving 7MB in the other) with the same results.

Arisme - thanks for all the continual updates - PocketSCUMM is one of the few games I continue to "mess around with" on my Vox!

It is a Jornada running PPC2002. I had 15mb of free program memory. I tried running both Indiana Jones and Sam and Max with the most recent update.

mmh, no idea, except if that cls() call is corrupting something later ... I've removed it from this build and corrected the video problem for the video fans :D ... you can give it a try
