Grand Theft Auto coming to PocketPC?

This whole thread is obviously an April Fool joke but Payback is not however. It is being programmed for AmigaDE aka Amiga-anywhere which means it will run on any Pocket pc/desktop pc/linux or whatever.

wow this game looks even better than GTA! Although will it allow a custom map? Also that amiga anywhere program is not even out yet is it?

HOLY COW, that looks AWSOME!!!
WOW, the only things I dont like are the blood (which looks too cheap) and the font of the score/etc.

It's about USD 50 tho.

You will need the Amiga-anywhere player (AmigaDE player) which is not yet released for Pocketpc but is supposed to be out in April. It should be before the game is released anyway.



The player should be about $15 and then you can play and game written for AmigaDE. I don't know how much the game itself will be though.

I think the $50 US is the price for the desktop version for the Amiga. The AmigaDE one should hopefuly be priced competitively with other Pocketpc/AmigaDE titles. Other AmigaDE titles have been around $10-$20.

Porting GTA to Palm- thats a fucking joke. About as neat as the GameboyColor version.
