That's what I was thinking too, a little hitlerish, but he looks more like an old bum on the streets in Boston. You know, they always wear white ripped shirts and stare at you waving their Dunkin Donuts cup. Ah ha! Put a Dunkin Donuts cup in his hand!! That'll guarantee an A.

feedback. I can't think of much to say. The proportions and lighting appear to be correct.

The quick sketch lines are nice, with a few rubbed out areas. The nose looked a little odd at first, but that may be exactly how the shadows fell. I think you have enough control to draw everything exactly as it really looked.

The back of the neck may not need to be rendered so heavily. Instead, you could consider letting the back of the neck fade into the body, while leaving the detail in the front of the neck as-is. That would make the drawing have a steeper overall slant and drive more focus to the face (not that the face isn't already the main focus)

yeah, that doesn't make any sense.

I really miss figure drawing...

It is very nice. Is this charcoal on vellium? He looks like someone, young hitler maybe.

** If you can, gradiate the area where the chin overlaps his neck, it's a little hard to define an "edge". Dark at the bottom of the neck, lighter at the top.

I think you need to define the shadow a bit more...it is easily mistaken for long hair. Other than that...it's really good.

Nice work. The only thing that caught my eye was that he seems a little "chinless".

I don't think the dark shadow on the right should be defined any more. It would completely throw off the balance of the entire image.

The confusion whether that is long hair or a shadow is insignificant to the overall composition. It's about light and shadows, which is wonderfully captured in this sketch.
