I find it somewhat unbelievable that a soft reset won't reset the device.. your device has more problems than Snails if that is really the case

Minor glitch: Sometimes when I walk my snail next to one of my own, he gets caught under him, and can't move except aiming. I use an E125. The next turn he can usually move.
