Windows CE is not buggy at all. That, and it uses part of the NT kernel which helps out stability no doubt.

Funny how you pick the worst 2 MS OS'es. Win2K, and XP are both far superior in stability. Although XP is crap from my experiences, many people still (sadly) find it a great OS.
