I use Alt + Left or Right key to move forward and back in IExplorer

I use Windows Key + R to open run, Windows Key + F to open find, and Windows Key + D to return to the desktop.

Or you could just use the 4th and 5th buttons on your mouse to go back and forward. Or use combos with the third mouse button to open junk.
