I got the one without PPPoE, and it's working great, try the non-PPPoE one, if that does nothing, then maybe try the one with it.

I didn't backup my registery because I don't know how (it was pretty much wiped out from a real bad virus), so there was pretty much no registery. If you can, I would recommend it.
