I would also think that if it were possible, someone would've done it by now. What about ROMs though? Not sure about the speed, I only have a TI-83+

you can build a ROM chip for more memory, and the largest GBC games are 2mb wich we arent going to emulate

Why not? Sure, it's GBC, but most of them will work in black and white, except for clear cartridges. BTW, with those addon memory, doesn't it need to be copied into memory before being? I read about building one of those, that's what turned me off to them.
