Simply take the length of the movie, break it down to seconds, divide it into 700,000 (700,000Kbytes) , and you will come out with the maximum Kbyte per second rate you can use. (this is Combined audio and video data rate, you will need to use further math to figure out how much the audio stream will take up, remove that from 700mb, and then you can find out your max video bitrate from there)

It was BurningSheep who didn't figure it out, I just ignored it.

Paul, if dividing and subtracting is too much work then ... I don't know, I don't feel like thinking up lame quips right now. Just do it or don't complain.

Fuck DivX 5.

When divx first came out, we were able to put an full DVD on a single CD. But now we cant? Why?
I dont see any big improvements on the quality, so why cant we do it?

Loki, what crack are you on now? who said you couldnt? divx 5 is no harder to do 1 cd rips as divx 4 and divx 3.11 was. and divx 5 wont give you any strange block glitches (Anyone else remember when text, like subtitles and credits, would cause garbled blocks to linger? even if a high bitrate was used.)
