^ This is why the PC's Computer IQ is so low!

It's "47.3% of all statistics are made up on the spot," moron.

IQ isnt determined by remembering stupid quotes. And you need to take some anger management classes. You've been calling everyone morons lately...

pfft, that's not anger. I'm just a little edgy, I wish I was still on vacation.

"Statistics are like a bikini - what they reveal
is suggestive, but what they conceal is vital."
- Aaron Levenstein

Still, even without the numbers you can figure for yourself that it's true. Macs are used by a select group of people, while PCs are used by the masses. Like the article says the group of people with a PC is more similar to the overall population.
So the Mac users are relatively better educated and make more money than PC users.

Moose, statistics don't work on individuals, you might be an intelligent PC user (doubtful), but statistics only work on groups of people.

What about individuals? Duh statistics are for groups of people. But I'm saying, the stupid people lowered the average of the more intelligent people that use PC's. We've got a much wider user base where as the Mac is used mainly in professional areas (for who knows what reason). But there are still many times as many professional career people that use the PC, just like there are many times as many stupid people using PC's. The comparison isn't quite even, it doesn't reveal everything. Hey... went back to that quote without even knowing it!

Yea, I'd have to agree with Jadam. OS X is a real pleasure to use, shame there isn't an OS X for x86, I would dual boot that in a second.
holy internets batman.

BurningSheep: If Palms were better I'd use them.. :)Right now they are a pile of crap.. IMHO of course..

Basically GapiDraw is very much plain C/C++.. Getting it to work at all on OSX is simple.. Some things like loading a BMP from resource + basic OLE image decoding obiously will have issues. But a PNG only port is easy. I think it would be cool to give SDL a run for their users (I think most users would prefer to not be forced to release all software as GPL)...
