For a free image editor WARNING! Red color may give heart attacks!
Better than Photoshop, Im told. Its made primarily for linux, so dont expect it to work miracles on your computer. I gave it a try and I like it better than Paint Shop Pro. Oh, did you ever notice the "modify" button? I thought triple posting was looked down upon here.
