James, your wife would watch you play Half-Life? Did you resist from hacking the bodies with the crowbar? I think that's kinda weird that your wife would watch you play a super violent, and quite gory, game. They supposed to be against this "violent" influence. Whenever I play Carmageddon 3: TDR 2000 (the best "racing" game ever, the Carmageddon series are the most disgustingly violent and gory games EVER, Carmageddon 3 is outlawed in Europe and South America for being too ultraviolent. Whenever I play it, and my mom comes into the room, I always avoid hitting the pedestrians, because if I did hit one (one of the usually 300 or so peds in a map), then she would shreak in horror at the intense graphical carnage. Even I, whom plays violent games like Half-Life, Quake I, II, and III, Max Payne, and so many other games, even I get a little naushus (don't ask me how to spell that) when I play Carmageddon 3. It's quite gross, actually horribly gross, but that's the fun of it! There's only one thing missing from Carmageddon 3, the "thump" in the force feedback wheel when you hit a pedestrian, that would further the grossness of the "squish" of the carcus, that is if the person dies from it, which usually requires two good hits or getting pulled under the car. I think there's a demo for Carmageddon 3, if so, everyone should get it, it's hilariously gross. Man, I wrote a lot more than I was going to, anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY IDEOT!!, although it's the 1000th post celebration, not your actual birthday.
