Anyone porting FreeCraft or FreeCiv?

Just wondering if anyone was making an attempt to port either FreeCraft (the WarCraft II clone) or FreeCiv (Civ clone) to the Pocket PC.

There've been many rumours about FreeCiv, but nothing's come through. As for FreeCraft, no one's even tried.
