Then again it is all a matter of what you think is weak. Because military doesnt mean there isnt weak in there, and because non military doesnt mean not strong.
Depending on the situation will determine where the strong are or are not, and who they are and are not.
One thing is for certain, we hope the strong are the ones with brains and great minds. That can simply can be put into knowledge, the willingness to learn, and knowing when it is time to lead and when to be lead.
