That's because you are getting the wrong video address from (crappy!) GAPI HPC.

If you can find the real video address for the 728, I can get both Doom and Quake on your device.

HPC's are very difficult to develop fast games for as there is simply no reliable libary for getting direct access to the screen.

Have we made any progress with this I have the same problem, if I use the PQL the whole screen goes black and the image is 5/6 down the bottom of the screen and the right hand edge is about 3/4 of the way across, with the setting 640x240 landscape.

gamefreaks, the 720 and 728 should have the same video address.
