What can be built to mimic a tools bar in CE ?

You guys would know, what it was that builds the tools bar in PPC. Can anything be built to mimic that in lower CE systems????

I ask cause there are so many things we can run right now but lack the functions menus in the tools bar.

Games like Snood

Apps like Pocket Facelift

The basic functions are there, like with Snood, the D pad does not need to be configured however unless a reg edit can be done to set the fire button to an input button then it is a usless game.

I guess I should edit that last post.....errrrr I am a dummy.

Tap the screen launches the snood

Now as to the tools bar, it is not part of our explorer.....

The reason I asked this question, is on my E-125 when you run an app that requires the CE style top tool bar ( ex. File Edit ) , CE 2.11 style. The Start Bar on PPC2000 drops to the bottom and the needed tools bar is there.

Tascle Reg edit on my E 125

So is there a way to force the same thing the other way?? A PPC mimiced tools bar to the CE 2.11 or base 3.0??
