10fps in open areas on iPaq 2215...

I went into the open area on the first map (with the water and all) and did the "timerefresh" command. It was like 9.7 fps or something around there.

I could take a screenshot if you tell me how...

Oh, well who cares about a timerefresh score? Type in "set timedemo 1" "map demo01" or something like that to get a timedemo score.

I got a timedemo of 4.5 FPS on demo1 with my 2215. DUring play I seem to get around 7 FPS with timerefresh in most areas, around 4 in open. Not quite as good as the original poster said, but a huge improvment over my 3950 which wouldnt open it at all, and my E-125 which got about 1 FPS.

Overall it is slow but very playable, I'd say its just as playable as Quake1 was on my 3950.

I actually benchmarked PQ2 on my iPaq 3630 a few months ago for a certain hardware company.

I get 2.5 FPS with software rendering, 9.4 FPS with no rendering.

Moose, I'm actually working on PQ1 at this time. I would tell you more, but then I would have to kill you all, which is something I don't have extra time for at the moment.
