FPS loss?

I drag the stylus across the screen in my game, and I don't see any affect on FPS. What do you mean?

There are a couple threads researching this, not sure what the exact conditions are but I was under the impression that it was pretty much no matter what.

Hi efortier,

My suggestion would be to use a combination of stylus and button controls but let the player customize the controls and assign each button to a specific action in your game (button 1 for run, button 2 for attack, etc.). This lets the player choose which button he/she is comfortable with.
