It was not my intention to imply that a Palm Vx user is an idiot

However, it is a fact that opening up for a wider customers base trough a mainstream online store like Handango, *will* inviteably give you new challenges - like handling support questions from people with very little technical knowledge, some of which *will* have purchased your software without noticing the explicit warnings that pop up during the purchase process, telling them that this piece of Pocket PC software WILL NOT WORK with their hardware.
This happens on a regular basis for me, and is a good example for when I will choose to accept a refund for their software.
My question to Dan was bascially how he handles a situation like this with his current payment setup? [Still wondering about that, Dan
