Update: I've got a new 568 now. I called customer support, got the guy fired, and the guy I talked to today said that I had a serious issue, and that the something or other is bad, which is why it kept causing me to have to hard reset. Sooo, anyways I can finally play Intersteallar Flames, and be happy
